its like asking fox news Vs CNN. the answer is of course CNN. Fox just tells u what happened loudly where CNN tells u what happened and why it happened. Fox will give u opinions not the correct or logical reasonings.

The information obtained by and through your senses is known to you first by your visceral reactions and emotions, which come from your "emotional" brain. Your rational brain is then supposed to deal with that information to advise the emotional brain what to do. If the emotion is fear, for example, your rational brain is asked to evaluate the risk, and also to find a reason to tone down excessive fear so that you won't be immobilized by it.
These tasks are often in conflict and the rational part of the brain may have to lie to the other parts just to keep you going.

So you can't completely trust your reason, as that's also the source of "rationalization" where you tell yourself essentially only what you want to hear.

Thus fools rush in where angels fear to tread, as the saying goes.

My reason is spurned by my senses is it not? I can easily think outside the box of rational thinking, and the same for not trusting my senses. But over all, senses should not be considered over rationalism. Are you counting common sense? I would go mad without that.

I prefer rationalism...sensationalism doesn't help you understand anything.
