emotionally, women grow faster than men! That being said, would I want my 19 year old daughter with a man my husband's age? Absolutely not! Luckily, she thinks the idea is disgusting because we have friends who are 16 years apart and she says "he was driving when she was born!" Gotta love teens! Ultimately, as others have said, to each his own, however, generally, when a woman goes after a guy that much older, she is looking for a father figure and he is just generally desperate!

Absolutely not, and only because you have to wonder what's wrong with the 40 y/o that relates to a person half his age. I'm 40 and there'a no way I could have a relationship with a 19 y/o unless it was purelly sexual, but then, I'm happyly maried to a woman 2 years younger than me.

at 19 no I think he is too old and cannot or wont be able to keep up with a 19 year old.
my aunt was 29 yrs old and her husband was 49 when she got married they had a good life. she was ready to settle down-but by the time he was 56 or 57 he developed medical problems, and my aunt spend most of her time taking care of him not that he was bedridden ,but still she waited on him because he was not well. if the friend of your is 19 and she gets married she will maybe divorce him in a few years-best is she just date him. older mates age their younger mates. believe me i saw it happen.

Do you like/trust him? Do you feel comfortable in his company? Are you enjoying yourself? Does he feel the same? Do you have any reason to doubt his interest in you? I would say it's a slightly odd pairing but stranger things have happened. If you can justify being with him, whether it's just a flash in the pan where you both enjoy yourselves or you are actually becoming quite attached to each other and can see a future, then carry on. Its not incorrect you just might not have that much to talk about. I doubt you are doing much talking!!

Teenage girls are funny. You're always like "he really loves me! Age is just a number!".
Age isn't all that important, true enough, but think about it- what could a teenage girl offer to a man that a woman his age couldn't. Really, only one thing- a hot, tight ****. That's all the guy wants from you. So until he gets tired of seeing the same one over and over (could take days or years, depending on the guy), he'll have no use for you any more, and move on to the next hot teenage chick. Please, get over yourself- he doesn't love you, he loves your firm supple body.

The older man should be careful that she does not use him for sex. But if he has been married to an older woman, he might find that the 19 year old is a pleasant reminder of woman's potential to love a man.

well,i guess u could,but what if u marry him?my friends mother did,and it was fine for a long time,but now she's still young and pretty,and she's stuck taking care of an old,old man.that being said,if it works 4 u,whatever.make sure he isnt using u and secretly married/involved with someone else tho-plus,does he have kids ur age,or even older thanu?that could be awkward.just some things to think about.

Love is Love. Age is a number. If it is truely love, then it really doesnt matter. What matters is if the two people involved care about each other. If so, then nothing else matters.

well... i no it isn't my problem but, seriously. A 19 year old girl should be with someone their own age. I mean seriously, why waste your time being with a old guy when ucan be with a hot, sexy young guy?!? but wutever rocks your boat. I say it is beter to have a hot guy with dick than some old guy with a saggy one.
