and have the highest pigmentation in color. And the easiest to apply and blend with. Most eyeshadow I find from the local stores is garbage. I'm willing to splurge.

i would have to say MAC !!!! I love MAC eyeshadows! THe only problem is they break easily ! I have had over 10 of my eyeshadows break! Also there is a brand called beauticontrol which they have a little compact with two eyeshadows for 13 dollars (same as one mac) and they stay on great and bright colors too ! i like them alot! I also mix them with mac. Here is the website. MAC - go to the department store. They have an amazing selection and high pigmentation. In my opinion, the best. It's $13.50 per eye color. Have fun!

MAC has the prettiest, brightest, and most fun colors i have ever seen.. plus they have a TON of different colors and shades and they have sparkly and matte and all kinds...

MAC has awesome colors. I've also liked Chanel but it is pricey.
