Accomplishment wise in terms of personal stats, it's Dan Marino.
Championship wise, you have a bunch of candidates, like Bart Starr, Johnny Unitas, Bob Griese, Terry Bradshaw, and Joe Montana.

Joe Montana. Perfect record (3-0) and flawless in SuperBowls. QB of the most dominant team of the 80's.

I wasn't old enough to see Bradshaw or Starr, but the best that I have ever seen was Montana. He had this way of just winning. And no it wasn't just Rice.
Behind him ... hmmmm. (in no order)
Elway
Marino
Brady
Favre
I don't Petton is there yet until he can win the Superbowl or even go. Atleast Marino went to one superbowl.

Of all-time - John Elway because he has been a #1 overall pick in football and led his team to 2 Super Bowl wins in his final 2 seasons!
