Does anyone know where I can find a big cake that a person can jump out of?

I don't think they're off-the-shelf items. Most of them aren't real cakes. Just get some cardboard, roll it into cylinders, make a round top, and cover with whipped cream.

Try your Local costume store, if they don't supply it; they may be able to refer you to a place that does.
