the pain comes and goes for about three weeks now it will hurt 4 awhile then the pain goes away as if i never had it

You should get checked for testicular cancer. Scrotom pain is a common side effect os this disease.

Until there is a "ask Dr. Yahoo", the only thing I can recommend is to go to the doctor, and have them examined.
