A lot of teens do drugs because they think it makes them feel good and its not harmful (being as ignorant as they are) It can be a way of getting attention or a sign of family problem or that they are experiencing social problems. As far as sex goes they just think its fun and feels good. Some teens are responsible and are in long lasting committed relationships and they do it for the same reasons a 40 year old who is married does it.

Well, first reason behind it is one word, uneducated. They are not educated about the risks, only that it feels good. They are not educated on the risks and consquences not only pregnancy but other consquences of having sexual intercourse.Parents shy away from speaking to their younger teens or even pre-teens for that matter because of the fact that they do not want to give their teens ideas and they do not know where to begin. If teens would open up a bit more and realise that their parents do care and arent "old fashioned" but yet trying to protect them from making a mistake then parents would open up too.Parents tend to think that every teen is getting "ideas" from "The Talk" and that every teen dreads "The birds and the bees talk" .They should casually bring up the topic and make it known they are there if their teens or younger ones should have any questions.Allow the teens to educate themselves by asking questions, then they would know the accuracy of the answers they are being given.Another reason is,peer pressure. If you dont give it up or if you do not do certain things such as drugs then you may not "Fit In" with a certain crowd.Personally,i would say who cares. If the others want to ruin their lives and such then let them but it doesnt mean you have to follow.Parents need to speak to their teens about everything from sex to smoking.Speak to your teens parents, allow them to ask questions and dont make it something they fear but yet something they can be responsible about. The Fear only strikes curiousity,so dont punish them for asking answer the best to your ability for their age and answer accurately. They will pay attention even if it seems they dont in front of you.

Because they want an easy escape from this life with to much harsh rules , they want to be noticed , they want to feel alive , and the easiest way is the orgasm provided by the sex or the ecstasy of the drugs , the adults give to much attention for celebrities and to little for the people around them , especially the teenagers , only for the exploitation of their artlessness making fortunes from that ,if the adults would consider them as real social partners that opinions really count the world certainly would be a happier and safer place to be.

They feel cool when they do out of the crowd. I am a preteen and I dont have sex nor do drugs and our high class town has few who do drugs. Also kids are not virgins by the time they are about 17 now a days! Well most at least.

I examine those books merely because they are in many circumstances properly-written and maximum folk of the e book is exciting even with the undesirable parts. sequence like Vampire Academy, domicile of nighttime (which i ended studying the on the spot she had sex such as her instructor) and Poison study all contain both sexual sex and glamorized alcohol, yet in Vampire Academy and Poison study there is continually the underlying caution to be careful about doing those issues your self. after I write I do have this stuff in my books, yet I continually make confident anytime I allude to my characters having sex they are older and performance been jointly for a lengthy time period, and all my drinkers, those who smoke or drug customers are the characters who're exciting to analyze, yet no reader ought to ever opt to be like them. in many circumstances the advise or idiotic ones, each so often they are merely all round losers.

because according to them, they are grown and can do whatever they want to do . . LoL . . but seriously, they think it's cool . . and they don't want to be the only one in the crowd who isn't doing it . . most teens do it to "fit in" . . and on top of that, they see it done on TV, so they think it's "right" . . and every other song you hear on the radio is talking about getting high or getting laid . . . TV and radio are raising most kids these days . . and before anyone jumps on my back, I said MOST kids, not all!!
