Maybe it's not a virus. You need to format evrything... Have you tried shutting down the computer by turning off power and everything and then restarting in safe mode to do a full system scan? In some cases it might work. Go to an antivirus corpration sight and look for info about it. Maybe there are some removal tools...

You can obviously get online since you asked the question...so go to the web site for whoever has your virus software and look up the specific virus. They should have a procedure there to remove it.
If you don't have a virus program, buy one and follow the directions for installing it which will include a pre install check, probably in Safe Mode bootup.

I've found that usually a Google search will easily provide you with links to sites that will tell you how to disable and/or remove it from your PC. Just put the worm/virus name in the search box and review the responses.

since you can't download anything, then try to get the fix on a cd ... or try to format all the drives on your pc and reinstall windows xp
