If you like the stick eyeliner a cheap and reliable brand that I use is j.a.n.e. I've never had a problem with it running or anything.

Nars eyeliner pencil is real good,
I went dancing all night and my eyeliner didnt run at all! And Nars has some great colors also including liquid eyeliner if thats what you wear.

Smashbox has a wonderful liner and fantastic brush.. easy to apply with eyelid skin pulling and it seems to stay on

i love clinique...it's more exspensive but you get what you pay for...so if you buy cheap from walmart you will get it running down your face...i used to buy from walmart (covergirl, maybelline, etc..) and since i tried this clinique eyeliner and mascara i won't buy anything else...

Avon has the best liners and the colors are great. i have a few and one in gold.. so pretty!!
