There would desire to be something else occurring on your physique, so have a think of approximately your usual well-being. Do you have lots potential, do you have digestive lawsuits, do you get pores and skin issues, etc? to illustrate, candidiasis is a undemanding concern interior the Western international that has a symptom of widespread bladder infections (purely an occasion, Im no longer asserting you have this) while you're taking antibiotics each and every time you get considered one of those infections, you're able to be taking probiotics besides. widespread antibiotic use is unquestionably considered one of the main motives of candidiasis. additionally, try a supplement called "D-Mannose", that's organic and individuals have had large outcomes from it. Cranberry juice doesnt do lots for me as quickly as I actual have UTIs, I dont be responsive to why lots of folk swear by making use of it.

I used to get constant UTI's as a child, so from a very young age, the doctor said no more tub baths. I didn't take a tub bath for probably 20 years...and every time I take one now (I'm an adult...surely it won't matter, right?) I get one.
So...if you want to take one now, drink some cranberry juice, urinate frequently (and ALWAYS after sexual intercourse) and you might be able to hold it off.

Eat a cup of plain yogurt (unsweetened) once or twice a day, with a glass of cranberry juice as a follow up -- also, cotton underwear - not silk, etc. and make sure you dry off completely following the bath before getting dressed.

You should make sure you are drinking enough water. I've never heard of anyone getting a bladder infection from a bath. But you should definitely make sure you're staying away from caffeine and drinking plenty of water.

Personal hygiene is very important, clean underwear once, twice a day depending on your activities, dont use any perfumed product on your private bits, try to drink a least 1 litre of water a day but 2 if you can and dont wear jeans that are too tight and cut into you!

I don't think that is very normal so consult your doctor about that.
In the meantime don't take tub baths. On a more long term basis, cranberry juice is very good for the urinary tract.
Good luck.
