I find myself, oddly, in agreement with SpiritWalker, for perhaps the first time. They all do.

But especially Cheney and Ted Stevens (R-Alaska). I don't think I've ever seen more extreme examples of mental constipation or the prolonged effects of sleep (or reality) deprivation.
