It is a good idea to answer all life insurance application questions honestly.

HPV may lead to sterility or cervical cancer; however, it is not as extreme as HIV/AIDS or cancer.

To answer your question, the life insurance company has a two year contestability period in the life insurance policy. If you were to die as a result of some illness that you failed to answer honestly to on the application, they could contest paying the death benefit. Which means they may not pay the death benefit. But, they may pay any premium you paid, to the beneficiary of your policy.

However, if you live more than two years after taking out the policy, the contestability period has run out and your beneficiary should receive the death benefit from your life insurance policy.

If the life insurance company finds out about your health problem while you are alive, they may choose to cancel your policy, or increase your premium, or decrease your coverage amount. Or, they may exclude any payout for your policy if you were to die as a result of the HPV. I don't believe they would pursue any legal action against you because they have lost nothing at that point.

Also, you do have a choice of getting life insurance with no medical exam, no physical and no blood tests. You can get a free, no obligation quote at - http://www.rbcexpressterm.com/partners/default.asp?p=2041&promotioncode=FOIQA-TL-777

I hope that helps! Take care and best of luck!

There are two theories . 1. It is whole life and will have a cash out value when the child is an adult. What's wrong with that idea is the cashout value is usually less than the premium paid. If you want to put money away for the child, accumulate it in a savings account then roll it over into a CD. . 2. If you buy life insurance for a child then they will be vested and won't have a hard time getting insurance as an adult. That's kind of betting your child will have a crippling accident or develop a serious phsical condition that might prevent him from qualifying him for insurance-another very long shot and kind of a sick bet. . What they are counting on is making a profit on a very low risk group with the very likely possibility that over 18 years the insurance will lapse in which case they get to keep all the premiums.

Yes give it to them unless you dont have to. ITs not going to kill you and th eonly thing you can get from HPV is cervical cancer. Its not that big a deal.

No, if it's something that you will not die from then they don't care. They don't want to know that you are going to die soon, like if you have cancer or AIDS or something, so they won't let you get on their policy.
