I'm a PC guy, but would like to make the switch to an Imac. Does anyone know when the Leopard version will be available? If I buy an Imac today, will I get a free upgrade when it comes out? Thanks.

allegedly "jobs" (the guy who presents new stuff from apple) said that the new Mac OS will come out in spring 2007 - however there could be delays etc.

if you buy a mac now you get Mac OS X and no you will not get a free upgrade. you would have to buy an upgrade - whether or not mac plans to release new models for leopard is unknown; but i belive that the last mac update mentioned that there intel collection/transisition from their old processors is complete.
