how do i transfer my pictures from my computer onto a website?

There should be a place to click that says "Browse" then a cascade will open with My Documents, Desktop, ect.
Click my documents and go to My Pictures and click to open the files you want to display. Some websites do not accept certain file types. You will know this if your pictures fail to download.
