my arms and abdomen and full of the little cactus pricks - whats the best way to get them out? they are so small i cant see them

Duct tape. For a fun way -- hope I don't offend -- have a trusted friend come over with a nice bottle of wine, your favorite beer, whatever and have the friend help you remove them with tweezers and magnifying glass.
Cautionary note: some cactii have barbs on their spines like porcupines, that will work into your skin. Some cactii is poisonous -- cholla --

Saw this on one of those medical shows just last month. A 3 yr old girl had gotten thousands in her body...all through her face and arms and legs and body. It was pitiful!
The doctor ended up using wax strips. Says they had them all out in less than a half an hour.

Use tape. Wrap it around your hand and figure out wich way the thorns are going and rub the tape the opposite way. They will stick to it.
