depends on where you are. Northern Indiana for a 1100 sq ft home...slightly less than average price. San Diego for a 1100 sq ft home....it must be needing repairs to be so cheap. To find out, see if your city has a free apartment listing guide. This way you can check out what APARTMENTS in your area go for. You should assume that a home will be larger amount than an apartment, and NONE of the utilities, taxes and the like are included unless it says so in the lease for the house.

Where I live, you can't even rent a parking space for $350 a month.
Where is this house?

Depends on where you are. I live in The Middle Of Nowhere, WA and pay $395 for a medium sized 1 bedroom apartment. That's cheap for my area.

if it is a nice house then no...sounds like a good deal. but then again it depends on where it's at and what the cost of living is and whether or not you can afford that. if you feel like you can't find a better deal then i would snatch it up. i would love to be paying that little for a house....i pay a lot more and live in a condo :(
