SS sends an annual statement. If you are not getting yours. You can submit a request on line(socialsecurity.gov), in writing, or by phone(in the phone book in the blue, federal pages). you need to give your SS #, DOB, full name, and address, and phone number. They might also request the name and address of your employer for verification.

You can tell your annual contribution to SS by looking at your weekly pay stub. Double it-because your employer- pays the same percentage.
