Kill Bill Vol 1 had a lot blood and seeing it in the theater sitting in the first row didn't help much but it was a good movie.

Its hard to say, there are sooooo many gory movies out there. The Saw movies are up there, but again there are ALOT more than can be listed here. I just watched one called "Are you Scared?", it was pretty gory, kinda like the Saw movies, except the bad guy made it like a gameshow...........

Saw I and II and the third is coming out this haloween!!!! and also the "ghost ship" even tho the movie sucked it was very gory at the very beginning....lol

I saw 'The Descent' not too long ago at the theatres. I don't know if it's the goriest of all time, but I couldn't think of anything else that could top it so that's my guess. :)
