you should wait untill it is gry, it will get stuck all over you and the mower. Wait till it is dry and it will be less messy.

Not a good idea to cut grass when it is wet. Firstly, the grass will stretch a bit and not be cut evenly---that is not only unsightly but unhealthy. In addition, the wet grass will fall in clumps everywhere! It gums up the bottom of the mower. It also piles up in the lawn, which can damage the healthy grass beneath.

Also, there is a safety issue---wet grass is slippery. And finally---you will never get the grass stains out of your shoes.

Bottom line: Mow the lawn when it is dry.

Not a good idea. Grass will not cut evenly. The mower's tires will flatten the grass because of it being wet, so later when it is dry the "mashed" down grass blades will "pop" back up and you will see places everywhere you missed cutting.

It's not good to cut your grass when it's wet. Instead of cutting the grass good, the blade will slip over the grass because it's wet. So..best time to do it is when it's dry :0)

I avoid cutting the grass when it's wet. It's more messy and sticks to the underside of the mower...

The only real problem with that is gumming up your mower and dulling it's blades!
I love the smell of freshly mown grass, especially wet!
