Does anyone know what happened to Dog the Bounty Hunter?

Happen to catch part of one the other night and it kept mentioning the 'controversial capture' and something about 'Dog' being caught for something...missed what it was all about. From what I could gather the episode that was airing was new or new ones were about to start soon on A&E. I don't usually watch the show as I find the lot of them a bit much - but 'Dog' is so charasmatic. It really irks me how they have their prayer session and then within a minute they're all cursing and swearing!

You know what.......Dog went to Mexico to capture a guy who had a warrant out on him. However, in Mexico it is illegal for bounty hunters to exists. So, the Mexican Government ask the U.S. Marshall to turn him in. So, Dog and his son are currently in jail in Mexico. The sad thing is the U.S. Marshall had been trying to catch the mexican killer for many years, so I think that they were alittle jealous about the fact that Dog was able to catch him, and they weren't. I mean the guy did kill 3 people here in the U.S.....so why did they turn him in? that's the question....

He was arrested (unjustly in the minds of many Americans) for bringing a hostage back from another country to America...he apparently did not have the right to bounty hunt in another country, so now, even though that guy is a criminal he brought back here - he's in jail for it..

Extradited to Mexico for bounty hunting (illegal in Mexico).
Bogus charge if you ask me......which I guess you didn't....Sorry.....

he was released on 30,000 dollar bond....i believe it was in mexico....it seemed like it was last week sometime...
