They are not really in a relationship. It was just a storyline. Very few of the relationship they have on Raw or Smackdown are real. However some are. For example, Booker Tand Sharmell are really married, Matt really did once date Lita, Macho Man and Elizabeth really dated and got married, Miss Jackie and Charlie Haas really dated and got married.
