When it comes to usefulness, they are ALL misaligned. The only influence that the stars and planets have on us is to be interesting viewing on a dark night.

Only if you enter the wrong place, and time of birth.
Astrology is a system (communacation) a perfectly logical system that's often described as equal parts "science" and art. Whatever you call it , it works. Honest. So it's not about believing. It's about (communication) understanding. About drawing parallels between the movements of planets in our universe and condictions down here--and that's not a new concept. It's called seasons, and gardners have been working with them for years. Well, astrologers are gardners, too. They just use all the planets, and the Moon, too, when they plant seeds.
It's not like thier asking you to chant, or rub herbs on your body. And nobody's going to channel a being from another plane. Promise. We're dealing with the planets here, and planets are real. I've seen them. So have you. NASA's even got snapshots. Planets are so "real" in fact , that they follow real orbits, consistant enough to put into mathmatical tables. Planets don't need you or me to "believe" in them, and I think it's safe to say they won't disappear, even if we reclassify ( Pluto ) them. So if your looking for winning lottery numbers, your in the wrong department. If, on the other hand, you want to learn a brand knew way to describe everything you already know (communicate) in a language that will fascinate, befuddle, educate, and entertain you. Remember beliefe is not required, you do have freedom of choice.

Of course not. Mine worked out perfectly today:
Drinking actually does ease the pain. Don’t spoil tomorrow by getting out of bed. Events of the next few days may reveal how dependent you are on liverwurst for your inspiration or sense of security. Things that are left undone may be safely ignored. The shoes didn’t fit, the colours didn’t match, and the grenade didn’t explode. Nothing goes as planned. An abundance of desituationisms concerning the posttextual paradigm of discourse may be discovered.

I find that Town and Country Horoscopes and astrologycom.com have the most accurate horoscopes.
You do have to take the whole chart in account. There may be a planet besides the Sun that is affecting another planet, angle or house in your chart.

you are suppose to take n to consideration where the planets were when you were born, and if your b day falls on the week crossover to another sign you may have a lot of those tendencies, theres more to just the sign though i fit a Virgo perfectly -

I think all horoscopes can fit many people no matter when they are born. I wouldn't worry about it, they all seem like crap.

if you're talking about general, sun-sign horoscopes, then yes, however, if you use your actual birth time and use http://www.astro.com daily horoscopes maybe they will match better as they are based on aspects more specific to you.
