That depends on how much longer Blair and his bunch of Prats remain in Government and what the next bunch of Prats do to continue on the road to Total Destruction of England and in fact the whole of Great Britain , which is already buried under the tens of thousands of Immigrants , legal and illegal , and the "Non Stop" Plundering and theft of the nations wealth ,every man woman and child being a victim , by Gordon Brown.

I believe there will always be an England, I myself am half-English and half-Scottish and proud of it. As well as supporting our sister Nations, Scotland,Wales and Northern Ireland. British History, for example, is the best in the world. So yes, I cannot see our Nation split. We are called the United Kingdom because of the Union formed over the Centuies, England and Wales, 1536, Scotland, England, and Wales in 1707, and Ireland in 1800. Then of course Northern Ireland in 1921, when the south broke away from the Union.
I don't think we have anything to worry about from Europe, We're British and proud of it. Even the weather's on our side when you look back in History.

I certainly hope so, but the way things are going I"m not so sure. We used to have the British Empire, now it seems the Empire wants to live in Britain. Then of course there are the Germans aided by the French, who want to swallow us up and control us from Brussels. Maybe one day we will find a leader strong enough to reverse this trend and let us get back to the happy law abiding Nation we used to be. A fed up White Heterosexual Male.

I sincerely hope so we have so much to be proud of and that is what we need pride! I am afraid that if our government does not change they will have completely sold us out! What England badly needs is it's own Assembly in which only English MP's can vote on legislation. I would hate to see us swallowed up by Europe.

It will always exist if not as a country then as a region. I can't see a problem with that the world is moving forward and as long as we are doing it in the right way it will hopefully be to every-ones benefit.
Hopefully at some point in the future nationalism, and some of its worst features, will be but a memory.

Not if the French and Germans have anything to say about it. As long as the English are smart enough to keep the EU at arms length they'll be OK. If they subjugate themselves to the Franco-German EU they'll cease to exist as a distinct country and become nothing more than a adminstrative district of the EU.

I hope so for English people.
England is being reclaimed from those who use it as a racial supremacy thing. You know what I mean?
What was it Morrissey said?
"...to be standing by flag not feeling shameful, racist or partial..."
I think there may be an association with far right etc that is a shame for those who are simply patriotic.

If the "Euro commissars" had their way, there would be no countries at all but one huge Euro-state with all of us bowing and scraping to Brussels et al. Anyway why should we abrogate our hard fought for rights/freedoms to some faceless eurocrat who hasn't the faintest idea how this country is run?

I hope it will always remain. It is unique in so many ways. As an island it has so far managed to keep it's individuality and spirit. I hope it never gets swallowed up by the (American) machine.
