I was at Dunkin Donuts when I heard this guy making loud sounds (like yelps) and looked over to see non-other than Kramer! OK..I know on Seinfeld it was Dinky Donuts in NYC and not Dunkin Donuts in Topeka, Kansas, but isn't it still amazing. He does not look at all like on TV. I always got the impression that Kramer was around 6'4", but he is only 5'3" and is as bald as an eagle, which he explained was for the upcoming "Kung Fu" movie he is making. He will play "little Grasshopper". At first, to be honest, I thought he was some guy pretending to be Kramer, but he had ID on him, plus he could recite every line from the TV show. He wants me to appear in his upcoming Kung Fu movie as Mong Soo Tik, a Chinese warrior, but I hesitate. Should I??

It couldn't have been him because Cosmo Kramer (Michael Richards) is six feet, two and one-half inches tall.

Your story seems far-fetched and false, but I would be scared to even talk to him in public as I think I once read that someone tried to take a picture of him in public once and he smashed her camera.
