I wouldn't just sidle up to a woman and feel her. Are you asking to be brought up on statutory rape charges, or indecent assault. Crikey man, get a grip. If a woman you know, gives concrete signals, well then maybe, but they'd need to be pretty clear signals. If someone I fancy, touches me playfully, like pats my bum or something, yeah, I like it, if a stranger did it, he'd be spitting out his teeth.

Idiots do that kind of stuff. Without someones consent it can be considered a sex crime and you can be come permanently labeled a sex offender. Not to mention if you do that to the wrong person you may be seriously injured.
