In my experience, the key to being able to solve physics problems is truely understanding the physics concepts behind the problems. You need to understand the concepts so you can set up the problem - solving the problem is just math. I teach college physics, and the biggest problem my students have is setting up the problem properly, and usually that's a matter of conceptually understanding the underlying physics.

Get extra help from your teachers or from friends, and concentrate on understanding the concepts. Good luck!

Physics is not your main problem. If I were you I would be far more worried about my grammar and spelling. I can barely read this crap.
