I felt the same way ( no will power and weak ). What helped me quit was thinking what it was doing to my baby. You have done well so far by just a drag a day but dont be hard on yourself it will take time. Good Luck

I recently had someone tell me the best way they know (and safest) is to sit in a sauna. Do this on a day when you have nothing going on. Take it at 30 minute intervals, allowing a break with plenty of water and time to cool down. He said do this for about 8 hours and by the end, everything should be sweated out of your system. Thus, you won't crave it a cigarette any longer.
Make sure you talk it over with your doctor... you've done good so far... keep at it!
Not sure if this works, but if you give it a try and it does... let me know! I need to quit (though I am not PG) and am having a hard time. Good luck and Congrats.

I used to smoke 15 cigarettes a day but I started to cut down by chewing gum and sucking on lollypops, it really helped, but now that I am pregnant I have cut down to like - 3 a day, and I am hoping to quit altogether.

Luckily for me I got so sick that I couldnt smoke. I did start back up after the pregnancy and then they started a law that if you are outside someone can ask you to put it out so I realized if it that bad then I should stop and one day I did. I still get cravings almost every day but if you don't buy tham you can' t smoke them. Don't go around that smokes and you can't buy them or you will smoke them.

My Dad smoked for most of his life...He's 59...June of this year we found out that he has Lung Cancer(stage 4)...Everytime I see a person smoking...I want to grab them and bring them over to see my dad... so they can see what 'smoking' can do to your life...Wake -up call...It's not worth it..Even if you aren't smoking regularly you can still harm that little baby that is trusting you to help him/her grow inside of your body............Just stop now.........
