I've been with this guy for about a year and he cheated on me once in the beginning and promised to never do it again. Now instead of cheating on me..he lies. He told me he wouldn't talk to his ex anymore and he did. This is the girl he cheated on me with. We're engaged now and he's working on gaining my trust back. I love him with everything I have, but I can't help but be suspicious of very little thing he does. What would you do in my situation?

Kick him to the curb. He obviously doesn't care for you as much as you do for him. You deserve someone that will treat you well and provide you unconditional love.

I believe in giving love a chance, but the third time is a charm. He cheated and said he never would. He lied and said he never would. If i found out ONE more time that he lied, cheated or deceived me in any kind of way, I would break up with him immediately. How could he commit himself to a relationship if he can't even commit himself to be truthful and faithful. Do your best and try to put your trust in him. But give him only one more chance. If he messes this up, don't be a fool again by sticking around because obviously he doesn't deserve you since he can't be loyal to you.

I wouldn't stick around. Talking to the girl he cheated on you with is the most disrespect full think he can do. You have to be strong and move on. DO you really want to spend your life with someone who lies and cheats. Leave now while it is easy before you get married and start a family think about how hard it will be then.

Gee, that's a tough situation to be in. IF you really love someone it is so difficult to accept that they are not going to be honest with you. I hope his trying to regain your trust is sincere. I wouldn't break it off yet if you feel that strongly but I wouldn't rush into a marriage yet either. He needs to know that regaining trust is a lot tougher than having it given in the first place, and that it's almost impossible to get it back a third time if he messes what you have up again. I feel for you. Been there and it hurts.

Well home girl can't nobody tell you what to really do. But if you love him the way you say you do then try to work things out with him.I know this might said stupid but love hurt baby. Trust me when I say when you are really feed up with him you will know. THAT IS A PROMISE

why would you even get engaged to someone that you know cheated on you and continuously lies to you?! he doesn't respect you enough to tell you the truth and yet you're planning on entering into something as sacred as a marriage. that's just ridiculous and you're setting yourself up for a life of disappointment. you deserve so much better than that.

You really should read my 360 blog...Definition of deception. If he is going to lie to you, then why should you put stock into any promise he has ever made to you?* Are all those promises just more lies? Any man who will lie to you simply has no respect for you as a person. As he doesn't respect you or your wishes now, what makes you think that will ever change?*If you marry him it will only be worse. A guy that will lie will also cheat. Lying is basically the same as cheating !!! When you took him back it just showed him that he can mistreat you & cheat on you any time he wants now. You deserve better !!!

i wouldnt have gotten engaed to him if he cheated on you and then is still talking to the person he cheated on you with thats messed up. Love makes people do crazy things but dont get your heart broken by someone who already has done it b4 cause it will hurt even worse.

I would not rush into anything. Do you want someone that lies to you? Unfortunately people usually don't change much. Once a cheater probably always a cheater. Sorry to sound like such a downer.
