I have a plugged ear and wondering if Glucosamine Chondroitin may cause it since that is the only thing that I have changed different in the last couple months. Only other thing I can think of is possibly a cold in it.

You might have an ear infection or a wax blockage. Either way, you will have to make an appointment with your doctor, or an urgent care clinic to get antibiotics or an ear irrigation (flush).

Most likely wax build up in the ear canal. Go to the drugstore or pharmacy and get a kit for irrigating your ear. They usually come with a wax softener and a bulb-syringe.

If that does not clear up the problem, go see a doctor.

Fluid behind the eardrum, getting water in your ear, allergies, medications. Could be any of these things.
