The Earth revolves around Arizona, so there is no need to adjust the time.

There are a large number of elderly people in Arizona who do not wish for anything to change ever.

When I lived in Indiana, some farmers argued that Daylight Saving time cut milk production. Hoosier cows are apparently smart enough to tell time.

Daylight saving time is a option that each state has on its own. There are actualy two states that do not observe DST. Indiana and Arizona.

States have the right to govern certain laws as they choose. Parts of Indiana don't observe it as well.
