Anyone out there ever had to do this to concieve? Not sure what in involves could someone enlighten me?

I have no idea what dropping all your eggs means? Could you please give a little more info.

I'm guessing that someone was just speaking metaphorically ... Usually when you ovulate (once per cycle), you "drop" an egg from one or the other of your ovaries. Some drugs will encourage your body to "drop" more than one egg in a month. This is used by many fertility specialists when a couple is having trouble getting pregnant. The more you "drop" the more likely you will get pregnant (and the more likely you will have multiples).

Never heard of this! Could you please give us a little more info. As you are bron with the amount of eggs you will have for life I'm not sure it would be good to drop all you eggs. Now if it is just more than one but not all probably would be okay.
