HA! Kind of. More that I have my whole setup configured so that no one can walk up behind me and see my monitor.
Before I switched to a different job at this school, I was in a cubicle setup. My boss was notorious for looking at your screen. One time he even laughed at something on my screen. It's completely unprofessional and immature. When I worked for him but before we were in cubes, I moved my desk 90 degrees so that he couldn't just hang out staring at my monitor. I made up an excuse that it was to see when people come into our office.
Everyone HATES that he does that.
Yay for me, I have an office now and a different boss. One that respects my personal space and trusts me.

Have my own room at work so they would have to knock first. Don't have to ajust my monitor.
Don't work too hard. Have a nice day.

My desk is oriented in such a way that I don't have to. But you know what? I'm the boss, so who cares.
