Put the country last. Translating to Russian is optional but it must be in English. It will be translated in Russia.

Depending on the size of the package check with a company like DHL that specializes in shipping packages overseas. Otherwise, you should be able to address the package as you would any other package; apply correct postage and ship.

its the same way you do it here, just get the address for the place you want to send it to in russia, and put the proper postage on it, put it in the mail
