Right click on your desktop background. Go down the list to Properties at the bottom. Go to the Settings tab at the far right. It will tell you your video card where it says Display.

There are several ways to find out the video card you have installed. I recommend you download and use Lavalys' Everest home edition. On some computers it's the first thing you see on the screen when it boots up but it could also be hidden by a splash screen or go by so fast that you miss it. If you have a name brand PC like a Dell you could look up the service tag number on their site to find out but then even then they sometimes have different possible cards they use. The best way is to open the case and look.

If you're familiar with the internals of your computer, open it up and take out the video card. Sometimes you won't have to but it should be labeled. Right down the info on the card and search for it on the net or the website of the manufacturer.

Right-click on the my computer icon on the desktop. Click on properties. Click on hardware. Click on device manager. Your video card should show up under display adapters.

oh yeah i learnt this the other day, go to start, run, and type in

dxdiag

there will be stuff on that wich should help!!!!

there is a program called AIDA32 it shows all information of the computer
