tough call....I'm 25 and still suffer - but drinking water (at leat 1.5 l per day and don't substitute tea or juice for it!) avoid caffeine and get your 5 portions of fruit and veg should help. Tea tree products are anti bacterial and can help, but you skin can be clean as anything and you'll still get them. Sunshine helps mine too.

PS Ambi Fade cream is for black skin (according to the ads!)

Ok, i used to suffer about this, look what i did maybe could help to you, i went first to a endocrinologist doctor because sometimes it is a hormone issue, then if it is not or the doctor send something do it, THEN go to a spa or a professional and make a facial at least one per month, they will tell you what to use nooooo soap or toothpaste that is soooo lie... well that is what work for me and now i have none! in my face...

a good cleansing routine and if a little bugger gets through put toothpaste on the spot before you go to bed, the menthol in the toothpaste cools the redness and it will be gone by the morning

One of those things unfortunately. You can keep you skin spotlessly clean, and still get them. I'm almost 26 & still suffer. My GP has prescribed Minocycline tablets, which I have been on in the past, so I know they work. :o)
