Stick it out. Companies value loyalty and have a tendency to reward it. They may terminate you anyway but at least you'll have given it your best shot and done all that you can to ensure otherwise. If you love your work, keep it up!! I have a feeling it will all come back to you in the end!!

I understand how you feel -- whenever there is turnover, it's generally bad for company morale. But, I don't think you can get unemployment if you quit. So you definitely should stay for the time being. Also find out where the ex-coworkers have been getting better pay, and apply. Keep searching, there may be something better out there. Looking for a new job is sometimes a full time job in itself.

If you enjoy your work, then you should definately stay. Don't be influenced by others if they're fired or quitting. It is rare to find a job where you actually don't mind waking up on Monday mornings!
However, if you are truly unhappy there, and feel like you need more challenges, then staying there because you're comfortable will just make you more miserable.
Good luck!

Read the book by Robert Kiyosaki Rich Dad Poor Dad's "The Business School". He says it's the best way to get on the other side of the cash flow quadrant!

Quit does not equal unemployment benefits...
You should continue to work and educate yourself after hours.
Always try to have a new job lined up when you volunteer to leave the one you have.

keep working but keep your eye out for other opportunities.
you could try some school and still work too. employers value industrious workers. and you will be better off if you build a parachute...that is what you will use if you do get the sack.
BE PREPARED for any outcome and you will benefit in the end

Why dont you go to school while you work. This way you are opening up more oportunity's for yourself if you/they decide its time to leave.
This may also benefit you if you to go back, they may see you are becoming more valuable and keep you.
But dont just quit based of paranoia. If you are that worried you can always talk to your boss about your fear.

You should not quit your job until you find a new one, could you live without getting paid? It would be very difficult, so until you do that be patient and let other people increase their paranoia, not you.
