Oh yes get rid of them! I joined a league where they never tolerate cheaters. It helped me, to have fun and not worry about that junk.

Sorry Yahoo doesn't care about cheaters there is no one to
complain to.
The best you can do is make a list of the players who cheat
and avoid playing them in the future.
