You cannot. It's an irreversable chemical process. Especially with stretchy and artificial textile.

i always have a supply of LOC Multipurpose Cleaner, SA8 TriZyme, SA8 Multipurpose Bleach, and Amway Carpet Cleaner. One out of those four always work and I've never been disappointed.

Buy new shirts, pit stains are almost impossible to take out especially on cotton.

Soak overnite in water and dishwasher detergent. Launder as usual in the morning.

there is a product called "yellow out", it works pretty good.
don't use it on clothes that have elastic or are made from stretchy material , it eats the elastic fibers.

i use SA8 solutions prewash with enzymes liquid spot treatment i love this stuff i get it at www.atafolla.qhealthbeauty.com
