How do I transfer mp3s to my Palm t/x?

I have recently learned how to convert iTunes into MP3 format, but now need to know how to load the converted file to my Palm Pilot.

Simply copy the mp3 files into an SD card, and insert the SD card into the Palm Tungsten T/X. Open an audio player in the T/X et voilà! Enjoy!
