Does anyone know where to find the speech transcripts for Barack Obama's speech for Tom Harkin?

On 9/17/2006 Barack Obama was at a support rally for Tom Harkin (i think thats what it was) and gave a speech and I was hoping to find the transcripts on the internet.

Many of his speeches are on this website, but there is nothing that recent there yet. Keep checking. Maybe one of the other speeches there has a similar text.
