The beach is open, however there is still alot of debris in the water and in some areas of the sand. Make sure to wear your tennis shoes if you are planning to walk on the beach. As far as driving down Beach boulevard, you can go from the East end of Biloxi (Biloxi/Ocean Springs bridge was destroyed) to the Bay St. Louis Bridge (it was also destroyed) to get to Ocean Springs or Bay St. Louis you will have to go north to Interstate 10.
