Yes, we do and we think it is the most rediculous thing we ever had to get! Makes no sense, sorry. We're from the US and there's no such thing as a license for tv. What we have is a monthly bill and it's so much cheaper!
***TO THE GUY ON THE BOTTOM-- He spelled it right but licence is a variant of license used by Brits. So there for the words are both correct, mr teacher! Since you're so quick to point out peoples so-called mistakes, you sir need a few lessons in manners and proper etiquette!

If you watch TV you must have a TV license. There are different ways of paying. I pay a monthly fee by direct debit. The TV license covers all TVs in your house hold, unless your in a bedsit where everyone pays separately. Any one without a TV licence can be subjected to paying fines.

And do you know that if you buy a telly from Curry's, they inform the TV license people of your name and address to make sure you're licensed. It's all a conspiracy.
