Is it messy? Or just noisy?
If it's messy then that ruins the night. If it's noisy (and then maybe smelly) that just ruins the moment. But I would bet by that time after the 3rd date you have ruined at least one tiny moment.
So the fact that she is still there, says that maybe you give it back to her.
Give her some space then give her the ride of her life.
