I think his Papa Lazarou is absolutely hilarious.
However, I am an even bigger fan of Mark Gatiss, because of his portrayal of my all time favourite LoG character - Hillary Briss, the "Special Meat" Butcher.
Also, he's written some absolutely amazing Doctor Who scripts of late.
