My doc says she didn't see anything irregular (still waiting on some results, though) and the last doc said the same thing. None of these things are painful to me, but I still bleed. Why am I so sensitive down there and is it normal to bleed (slightly, but DEFINATELY noticeable) at all more than 24 hours after all of these things?

your cervix is just probably really sensitive. even after regular ( not rough) sex, or cultures, your cervix probably bleeds because it gets irritated quickly.

usually you can tell this by the amount of blood. if its a light amount and disappears after a few hours up to a day, i wouldnt worry. everyone's vagina's are different just as every woman's body is different.

if the bleeding continues over a period of time, then you should seek medical attention. otherwise, just chalk it up as you learning a little bit more about how your body reacts to things!!
