The key is search engine optimization! Although the algorithms used by the search engines are top secret, there is much that can be deduced from looking at the existing sites that rank near the top. Liberal use of keywords in a content rich site is a key factor. Make use off all possible text tags including image titles, alternate text etc etc. Use heading tags for keywords whenever possible. Also try to incorporate keywords in your links anchor text as well as the file names.

well, since your in RE ..you should'nt have issues . . .investing . .
To be on the first page or on the top ten . .you gotta pay premium bucks..
so, thats' one thing you cannot do it yourself!
