It airs on Discovery, and it looks like it currently airs in long blocks of episodes, rather than in a particular time slot. It should be on Wednesday, 9/20, from 8pm until 2am, and Sunday 9/17, from 2pm until 2am.
In general, you can get this information from a lot of different places, but Discovery's own website (first reference) is probably the most accurate and simple. tv.yahoo.com will also work, and may be easier to remember. Just do a search on MythBusters from the main page there; if it doens't know your location, it will prompt you for the information.
