No health benefits or side effcts to eating Cosmic Dust, chances are you already ate some and didn't even know it. It was probably when you ate the corn from the farm down the street that had akll the crop circles in it. See you are ok? You didn't get sick or grow any extra appendages.

There is no way to eat it. Many tons of it rains down from space and mixes with regular dust. You might breathe it it but there is no way to collect it to eat it. If you did it would be like eating rock dust that had been bombarded by radiation. It might be slightly radioctive but I doubt it's a big problem
