Little Big Man has such a scene, too. I don't remember such happening in Jeremiah Johnson, though, and well, Dances with Wolves was from the 90's or "aughts."

I think you might be thinking of Dances with Wolves, like that other person stated. Haven't thought of another movie that has that scene in it. Happy hunting!

I think that scene happened in "Dancing With Wolves" but there could be other movies in which it occurred also, I suppose- best I can do, sorry..
