Oakland, Kansas City, Dallas, and San Diego have byes.
Given that, it's actually a very tough week to pick, as there don't look to be any blowouts on the slate. At least 9 of the 14 games have two teams playing that have the same record (and there will be a 10th independent of who wins tonight, as Pittsburgh has Cincinnati next week and Jacksonville goes to Indianapolis).
Here's the schedule:
Sunday
Carolina at Tampa Bay
Washington at Houston
Tennessee at Miami
NY Jets at Buffalo
Jacksonville at Indianapolis
Green Bay at Detroit
Cincinnati at Pittsburgh
Chicago at Minnesota
Baltimore at Cleveland
St. Louis at Arizona
Philadelphia at San Francisco
NY Giants at Seattle
Denver at New England
Monday
Atlanta at New Orleans
Safest bets straight up would seem to be Washington, Baltimore, Miami, and possibly Philadelphia, but until the spreads come out, it's going to be tough.
